Hi, I am Maansee Kamat.

I’m a certified meditation teacher, coach and speaker. With over 9,000 hours of meditation, and a diverse training in different traditions, my teaching style is pragmatic, simple, methodical, and non-sectarian.

But I was not born peaceful. I also struggled with Anger, suffered with chronic disease. Life was miserable for 32 years.
Things started to change when I found meditation. Meditation taught me how to let go, be greater than my problems, and accept myself.
I am here so that you too can be calm, centered, focused to create an abundant life.

Once you register, we add you to a WhatsApp group where we share Zoom meeting links. We also share nutrition tips, session pointers, and more!

All the live sessions are conducted on Zoom, so they’re super easy to join with your laptop, tablet, or phone.

We have sessions at 8:00 to 8:45 AM every day starting 20th Feb! We have limited seats only to ensure that everyone gets time to interact with the instructor.

We strongly suggest that you attend all live sessions, learn and practice with the instructor. In case you miss a session for some reason, we can make the session recording for that day available to you for 24 hours for you to watch and come prepared for the next sessions.

If you want to keep access to the all the live sessions recordings, you can buy the add-on the checkout page. We record all Zoom sessions and if you buy the add on for recordings, you will get lifetime access to those recordings.
